B&B Humidifier®

The hassling installation of a steam humidifier? Sky-high energy bills? Expensive and complicated maintenance? It's all a thing of the past with the B&B Humidifier®. An ultrasonic stand-alone system based on high-quality switch cabinet technology. Easy to install outside existing ducts, so no separate wet humidification section is required. Energy consumption is no less than seven times lower than with comparable steam humidification.

Due to its unique construction, the B&B Humidifier® is not dependent on a so-called humidification section. You can have the B&B Humidifier® blown into any standard humidification section or duct section of at least 1,000 mm in length.

Where other systems create the mist directly in the duct or air handling unit, the B&B Humidifier® creates this outside the air handling unit or duct. The big advantage is that the mist that is blown in has such a small droplet size that it does not condense, not even at high air speeds. This makes the B&B Humidifier® the ideal replacement for the steam humidifier with a few adjustments.

Due to its robust construction, the B&B Humidifier® can also be used in extreme conditions from very warm environments to very cold environments. That is why the B&B Humidifier® is ideal when it comes to climate cells for universities or vertical farming. Freezers, ULO/CA cells, proofing cabinets, bakeries, etc. The small droplet size guarantees a high relative humidity without precipitation on the product, which is of great importance for the quality of vegetables, fruit and, for example, patries.

The B&B Humidifier® can also provide a microclimate above shelves in shops for, among other things, vegetable presentations to maintain weight and quality.
