Slot Zeist: an impressive building that the municipality of Zeist not only owns, but is also proud of. And rightly so. Known for years for conferences, receptions, weddings and even TV recordings, such as recently for the program 'Married at first sight'. A fantastic place with a rich history in beautiful surroundings. For a few years now, Slot Zeist has been operated by Slot Zeist BV (Figi & Oud London). But yes, a beautiful monumental building naturally requires careful management and maintenance.
Completely in line with the intention of the municipality of Zeist to make more and more buildings sustainable, Slot Zeist was also examined. A plan was devised for this. And this included roof insulation, LED lighting and the installation of secondary glazing. The indoor climate also required adjustments, and humidity naturally plays an important role in this.
